래치업 (Latch-up) 판정기준

 

Class I or II 에 따르는 시험 기준 (온도, Trigger polarity, V supply,  Trigger current  등 )에 준한 회로에서 test 시 이상 없을 것

 

Class	st type	Trigger Test condition (at Max.V supply)	판정기준
Class I (측정온도:실온)	Positive I-test	(+) (Inom+100mA) 또는 1.5 x Inom 중에서 큰 값	1.4 x Inom *.1 또는 Inom+10mA 중에서 큰 값
	Negative I-test	(-) 100mA 또는 –5 x Inom 중에서 큰 값
Class II (측정온도 : 최대사용온도. 그외 조건은 Class I 과 동일)

 

*1. Inom: (Nominal I supply)  : 정격전압 인가된 IC 각각의 V supply 단자에서 측정된 DC supply current
